By entering counseling, a person makes a commitment to pursue a more satisfying life for her or his self. The need for healing may take many forms - recovery from abuse or addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, spiritual seeking, or simply longing for a more abundant life, to name a few. However problems appears in your life, they present an opportunity for growth and a possibility for creating more of the life you want to have. Through weekly sessions, you and I can work together to understand the troubles you are encountering and to find ways to resolve the pain and struggle. In my work, I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, bringing together the experiences of mind, body, emotions, and spirit, as is appropriate.
